What is Period Positivity?
Period positivity is about normalising conversations around menstruation and ensuring that no one is disadvantaged, embarrassed or excluded because of their period. In many workplaces, periods remain an unspoken topic, which can lead to discomfort, missed work, or unnecessary stress.
The Period Positive Workplace initiative encourages organisations to:
