Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our distribution team in Witney. This role plays an important part in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods through the warehouse.

You will be involved in picking, packing, stock handling, and supporting deliveries, working as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist with the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods

• Pick and pack orders accurately for delivery

• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts where trained

• Carry out manual handling and heavy lifting as required

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocktaking

• Communicate effectively with team members to support daily operations

• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

• Provide cover for multi-drop delivery routes around Oxfordshire when required

• Orders picked and packed accurately and on time

• Safe working practices followed consistently

• Good teamwork and communication on the warehouse floor

• Reliable support for both warehouse and delivery operations

About You

Experience

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable

• Multi-drop delivery experience is beneficial

• Experience using warehouse equipment is an advantage
