The Government has confirmed that those involved in the production of and distribution of cleaning and hygiene products are classified as key workers. Therefore, we will remain open.
During these unprecedented times our staff and customers are our priority. We are taking every relevant precaution regarding health and safety and we will continue to operate under strict policy.
If you or your company are not in a position to receive deliveries for orders already placed, then please notify us as soon as possible.
The combination of low stock (due to manufacturer shortages) and high volume of orders is a continuous challenge, so we kindly ask and thank you for your patience during this time.
Due to this you may experience short delays in delivery. However, we will continue to deliver free of charge and aim to return to our next day delivery service as soon as possible.
You may also find that some items on your orders have been substituted for lines that we have in stock. If you are not happy to accept a substitution please let us know at the point of delivery.
As businesses continue to close, we kindly ask everyone to have their accounts paid to date. Without your help we will struggle to keep the supply of goods flowing consistently and this will impact on all our customers including critical services. Please also note that any accounts that are over the agreed terms, will not receive deliveries.
We have a No Profiteering policy at Seldram Supplies. Unfortunately, some raw materials are increasing in price which in turn increases the prices of some product lines. We expect things to return to normal in the future and pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
This is a fluid situation and we will keep you informed if the situation changes.
